Trust Reviewer Job in Jersey City, New Jersey US
Experis is seeking a Person Trust Auditor for a consulting opportunity in Jersey City for a period of 3-4 months. The ideal candidate will have recent personal trust expereince with the knowledge of testamentary, irrevocable, and revocable trusts.
Scope of Services
The consultants will support the Trust Division efforts by providing dedicated resources to review the permanent file, desk file, imaging system and trust system to confirm required documentation is on file to support the administration of trust accounts. Consultant support will consist of:
a. Organizing the trust permanent file
b. Reviewing the governing document and account documentation
c. Identifying the terms of the trust
d. Identifying missing or incomplete documents or system coding
e. Documenting the results of the review on a checklist
f. Reporting account deficiencies
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year College or University. 5+ years of professional experience with strong business awareness and insights, preferably in Personal Trusts 5+ years of experience in auditing, preferably with experience and knowledge of internal or operational audit, risk reviews or efficiency reviews.
