Trustee/Depositary Manager
My Client are a global Investment Management Firm who have a large presence in many locations throughout the UK.
They are currently recruiting for a Manager in their Trust and Depositary area, to oversee all operations and lead the area in Producing, completing and routinely enhancing an internal (desk-based) monitoring programme to ensure the effective oversight of Investment Managers/Authorised Corporate Depositary’s activity in respect of the operation of open and close-ended schemes.
Key Responsibilities
Day to day management of aspects of the Monitoring Audit department.
Monitor activities of Fund Managers
Ensure that the Bank’s position as Trustee/Depositary is protected and that the client receives a service commensurate with any service level in place.
Represent area in internal/external client meetings
Review/advise on risk management process, property funds, performance fees in Collective Investment Schemes
Oversight of Charles River Data Analysis/Produce Daily CR Investment Monitoring reports
It is essential that you have experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Financial Services. This is an an important role which offers the opportunity to be a pivotal figure in the area. You must possess excellent communication skills, be able to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
This is a permanent post which will offer flexibility on salary for an exceptional candidate.
