Team DescriptionEach (Client Service Officer) CSO has a portfolio of key clients and manages these relationships on a 'proactive' basis.
This is achieved through regular contact with the client either in person, email or by telephone. The (Client Service Officers) CSOs, in partnership with the Sales team, work to understand their client's business and using this knowledge they will identify or build cash management solutions that meet their client's needs.
The (Client Service Officers) CSOs are responsible for championing both the client's needs of JPMorgan and the firm's needs of the client. As a result, focus is maintained on the removal of exception and manual processes, continual process improvement towards better STP (straight through processing) rates and identifying enhancements to our own service offerings.
In addition, the (Client Service Officers) CSOs will also undertake regular service reviews with clients to discuss account activity and performance against agreed indicators and provide any relationship support that may be necessary.
Job DescriptionAct as a point of contact for clients across the Large Corporate and Large Commercial Bank clients for complex queries, account maintenance enquiries and escalations.
Offer the highest standard of client service to all clients within a set portfolio and ensure quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:Acknowledge all client communication within 48hours of receipt.Handle, investigate and resolve all client enquiries quickly and efficiently whilst updating the client regularly.Work closely with Business Partners such as the Relationship Managers, and attend client conference calls and visits.Develop a two way partnership with clients to understand their market and business needs.Be proactive by using information and data available to identify client efficiencies, product development opportunities and enhancements.Promote self service tools to improve client efficiencies, the Bank's STP rates and to reduce manual processes.Proactively contact clients informing them of system enhancements and market updates.Adhere to existing policies and procedures, and implement absent processes.Attain 'trusted advisor' status and demonstrate strong knowledge of JPMorgan's processes and products/services.Record all client interaction in CSX.
