TS Client Service – EMEA Implementation Project Manager – VP – Based in Paris recruitment
Job DescriptionThe role entails developing a close working relationships with our Clients, Sales, Product and the various Operations groups worldwide, ensuring a seamless delivery of our Global Treasury Service offerings and integration into the wider Client Service organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project-manage implementations by being the central point of contact for both our internal and external customers in Cash Management solutions of varying size and complexity, primarily in EMEA, but also globally. Deliver service excellence and ensure a high degree of client satisfaction for the duration of the project, managing timelines and expectations proactively.
- Develop project management tools, such as project plans, statements of work and action logs for each deal incorporating the methodology used within the Project Management Team. Provide guidance to the client with respect to the tasks and their roles and responsibilities within the plan.
- Provide assistance to the Sales Teams with the review and development of client solutions. Attend Sales pitches to support the Sales process and present Implementation approach in ensuring target deliverables and milestones are achieved.
- Either through own initiative, or through teams, be a pro-active member of the department, working to reduce implementation cycle time and improve overall client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in change- and project management
- Broad solution-based knowledge of the Treasury Services product-set and sales process as well as deep understanding of Corporate and Financial institutions' treasury and cash management process
- IT skills (MS Project, Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio), fluent in English and at least one European language
- Proven Strong communication skills at senior levels
- Strong presentation and negotiating skills
- Team player with a pro-active "can do" attitude and expertise in time management
