Business Overview:TS International Technology is a global technology organization that is responsible for the systems processing for international Treasury Services branches in EMEA, Asia Latin America. The department is responsible for Low and High Value payments, DDA, and local clearing links for these regions as well a number of global utilities including SWIFT and OFAC Sanctions Filtering. The TS International Technology team is based in Bournemouth, Mumbai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tampa and San Paulo.

Job Description
Shared Services provide global messaging solutions and sanctions platforms to JPMorganChase.
The platforms are a critical part of the Firm's infrastructure with regards to technical, regulatory and control capabilities, and support all lines of business within Firm.
Technology Operations is a global team with 13 staff based in Mumbai, Bournemouth and Tampa, providing support for applications running on Unix and Z/OS platforms.
The Technology Operations Manager is responsible for the global production environment of the application platforms, in particular their stability and resiliency.The three key areas of the role are:
a) management and development of the Tech Ops team across the three regions; b) resolution of incidents and root cause analysis for problem management in the global production environment; c) management and development of the control structure of the production environment, including resiliency plans, working with Risk Management, internal and external audit functions, and meeting regulatory and industry requirements.The role can be based in any of the three locations that the team operates.
Key Responsibilities:Define, implement and run the operational processes to support mission critical applications with the overriding objective of protecting production stability.
This includes defining, building and implementing infrastructure and application monitoring for effective real time and predictive application managementTeam management and development to ensure the right level of staff, expertise and serviceMaintain and develop a follow-the-sun support model and drive increased efficiency through the leverage of scale, while delivering to defined service levels, quality indicators and cost modelsMeasure, model, predict and manage system capacity across the production environmentManaging technology standards and controls, including for privileged access, data privacy, change control, project assurance, security configurations, asset management, event management and resiliencyDrive resolution of production incidents, in particular priority 1 incidents, including senior management escalation.
Participation in root cause analysis following resolutionOwn and manage the Service Improvement Plan for Shared ServicesRisk champion and driver of Critical Self Assessment substantiationsBusiness Continuity review through annual Critical Site TestingCoordinate audit events, both with internal and external audit functionsJPMC SWIFT Service Manager, including monthly service reviews and level 2 escalation contact for incidentsRegular reporting, including capacity and Executive Management Report for service

Qualifications
Your Background:
Experience of running 24x7 operations with a cross-regional follow-the-sun operating model
Excellent crises leadership skills
Experience in running stable and resilient production environments with mission critical applications
Strong Incident and Problem Management skills.
ITIL Certified and proven experience of continuous business and technology process improvement, using statistical and operational analysis, to drive successful Service Improvement Programs
Proven track record on the design, execution and maintenance of
business and technology resiliency plans
Excellent people and organizational leadership skills, and the ability to maintain and develop efficient and motivated teams across multiple regions
