TS Liquidity Solutions – Cash Investment Product Manager — VP (Based in Bournemouth) recruitment
Summary of RoleThe product manager for off balance sheet cash investments is responsible for Liquidity Fund sweeps and other investment solutions, with a particular focus on product strategy, product lifecycle management of new and existing products, and working with business partners in Operations, IT, Sales and sister product areas.
The individual in question should display an understanding of investment products, including the regulatory framework in the region.
Liquidity SolutionsThe Liquidity Solutions team has responsibility for all liquidity management and cash investment products and revenues for the clients of the Treasury Services.
Product Managers and Product Sales Specialists (PSSs) work in partnership with the TS Sales Relationship organisations to structure cash deposit, concentration, pooling and investment solutions for their clients.
The Europe, Middle East and Africa team is responsible for a book of over $ 160 Bn in multi-currency client balances; $ 100 Bn in on-balance sheet deposits and $60 bn in off-balance sheet investments.
Qualifications
Experience:
Knowledge of off balance sheet cash investment products including money market fund sweeps, agency cash placement services, direct money market execution services or similar
Proven product management experience
Knowledge/awareness of relevant regulations - MiFID, CASS etc
Broad understanding of the short term investment market
Experience in client facing roles and broad understanding of client cash investment requirements
Competencies:' Strong stakeholder management skills' Communication, presentation and influencing skills' Ability to analyze complex information from variety of sources' Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive tactical execution' Education:
Degree level education and relevant professional qualifications desirable
