The TS/SCI Business Transformation Consultant will provide guidance for design alternatives, communicate with functional and technical project teams, and is responsible for the delivery of Supply Chain Management (SCM) process and technical projects. The consultant will understand SCM business challenges translates them into requirements / solutions. The consultant will surface, document and resolve issues on a timely basis. The individual will provide hands-on leadership, direction and mentoring of junior team members, and manage customer relationships. Required * Bachelor's Degree * At least 2 years experience in business process development, technology package implementation, and change management experience * At least 2 years experience in Business Case Development which involves process improvements, proven project savings of both man hours and expenses, by implementing or redesigning project schedules * At least 1 year experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project * At least 2 years experience in Hands-on developed project deliverables - formal/structured methodology * At least 1 year experience in consulting for large and complex engagements * Security clearance of Top Secret (TS/SCI) - Active * Readiness to travel Up to 1 day a week * U.S. citizenship required * English: Fluent Preferred * At least 5 years experience in business process development, technology package implementation, and change management experience * At least 5 years experience in Business Case Development which involves process improvements, proven project savings of both man hours and expenses, by implementing or redesigning project schedules * At least 3 years experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project * At least 5 years experience in Hands-on developed project deliverables - formal/structured methodology * At least 3 years experience in consulting for large and complex engagements IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
