Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma.8 years experience in heavy civil construction or equivalent field (a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field can be substituted for 4 years experience).Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite 2000).Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Must obtain negative result on drug screen performed in accordance with URS drug testing policy.

Job Description:
This is a field-based position which will require shift and weekend work.Observe/document the quality of the contractor's work in order to ensure conformance with contract documents.Perform general and task-specific safety and environmental surveillance.Track field changes.Prepare work activities report for all shifts.Track quality control records.Identify potential coordination, quality and safety/environmental issues.Assist in the review of contract and shop drawings.URS seeks individuals who are motivated to learn, grow and seek out new project responsibilities.
