Turkish-Speaking Account Manager
*£25,000 (+ Bonuses). Monday to Friday 1.30pm - 10pm*
Our client, a leading On-line Leisure Company based in Central London, are looking to recruit three fluent Turkish-speaking candidates to join their growing Client Account Management team on a permanent basis. Based on the evening shifts, you will be working Monday to Friday between 1.30pm and 10.00pm.
Based in a great location just a short walk from the underground, the Turkish-speaking Account Management team has grown from zero to 12 FTE within the last 4 months, due to the office's relocation and the Company's popularity in the Turkish market. An exciting team/office to be a part of, this really is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate(s).
The main responsibility of the role is to act as the first point of contact for all 'VIP' accounts (key Turkish-speaking client accounts), ensuring they are completely satisfied with their level of service, and to retain their business. In addition to this, you will be targeted on gaining more business out of your clients through up-selling on new Company offers and promotions.
Main Responsibilities of the role:
- Act as the first point of contact for all inbound VIP client queries (50+ calls a day)
- Identify and manage the acquisition of new VIPs through pro-active outbound calling
- Build strong, trustful relationships with VIPs
- Identify, optimise and develop VIP retention programs
- Work alongside the Customer Service and Fraud teams to ensure operational efficiency in the market
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you are fluent in both verbal and written Turkish, and can converse to a high level in English. Ideally, you will also have the following experience:
- Experience of handling inbound/outbound calls
- A proven track record in sales
- A charismatic, social personality
- Motivated, enthusiastic and focused on establishing a sales/service career
