Turkish-speaking Account Manager
Our client, a leading Online Gaming Company based in Central London, are looking to recruit a number of Turkish-speaking candidates to work in their Client Services team. responsible for dealing solely with high-profile, 'VIP' clients, this is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Company.
In order to be considered for this position, it is essential that you are fluent in Turkish (both written and verbal) and are eligible to work in the UK on a permanent, full-time basis. Due to the nature of the position, any candidates with experience in customer service or sales are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Handling inbound queries from key clients
- Maintaining VIP relationships through excellent customer service
- Identifying possible sales opportunities through outstanding customer service
- Dealing with 50+ daily inbound calls
The working hours for this role are Monday-Friday, 1.00pm to 9.00pm. We have worked with this client extensively over the last 9 months and have placed a number of excellent candidates there on a permanent basis.
