Turkish-speaking Team Leader

Our client, a leading Online Gaming company based in Central London, are looking to recruit an experienced Manager to join their ever-expanding Turkish-speaking Sales and Service team.

A fantastic client of ours, the company communicate with Turkish-speaking clients over the phone, email and live chat, providing a first-class customer service and selling memberships and services to a host of warm clients. After recruiting in excess of 30 Customer Service/Sales Agents for the company, they now require an experienced Team Leader to join them and manage 10+ Agents. In order to be considered for the position, you MUST have the following:

- Experience in leading a team in a call centre/online/office environment
- Fluency in Turkish (written and verbal)
- Eligibility to work in the UK on a full-time, permanent basis

Working hours for the role are: 4 days a week, 9.00am - 8.00pm (one hour's lunch break). You will always work one of the two weekend days and three days during the week (no fixed rota, on a flexible basis).

The role is offering a competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 + bonuses, and the company has a very rewarding nature, therefore progression is realistic.
