Klarna is looking for Two On-boarding Risk agents to the office in Stockholm.
Within the risk division the Merchant Decisions department is in charge of the risk assessment of new merchants (on-boarding) as well as continuous monitoring of all merchants in the Klarna portfolio.
One particular challenge of taking in an increasing amount of new merchants lies in the on-boarding process. That is, among other things, we try our best to make this process friction-less for merchants, yet in the meantime ensure the effectiveness of verifying their identity, ability and intent of doing business with Klarna.
To improve the on-boarding service level, to merchants and relevant internal functions/departments, we are looking for two (2) On-boarding Agents that can strengthen our team.
Tasks
- Conduct day-to-day risk assessments on new and existing merchants
- Coordinate closely with Sales
- Take part in improving our on-boarding processes by identifying areas with room for improvement within existing work-flows, and contributing insights/ideas/exciting new solutions to support the on-boarding flow.
Requirements
- Fluent English is a must. Additional languages are a plus.
- High school graduate, maybe you have taken single courses at an university.
- Some technical skills or background (doesn't have to be formal) will push you to the front of the line. Please don´t refer to proficiency with Office as "technical skills". Rather refer to e.g. SQL, web-programming or interface design.
- Ability to handle stressful situations
