Klarna is looking for Two On-boarding Risk agents to the office in Stockholm.

 

Within the risk division the Merchant Decisions department is in charge of the risk assessment of new merchants (on-boarding) as well as continuous monitoring of all merchants in the Klarna portfolio.

One particular challenge of taking in an increasing amount of new merchants lies in the on-boarding process. That is, among other things, we try our best to make this process friction-less for merchants, yet in the meantime ensure the effectiveness of verifying their identity, ability and intent of doing business with Klarna.

 

To improve the on-boarding service level, to merchants and relevant internal functions/departments, we are looking for two (2) On-boarding Agents that can strengthen our team.
