Primary responsibilities include: supporting FDM applications, coordinating all FDM Work Requests and fulfilling the role of the FDM Solution Integrator. The Analyst will provide technical support for a variety of applications and interfaces. The suite of applications to be supported include: Avocet Capture, Avocet Mobile, oil gas measurement systems and Ops Reporting. The Analyst is expected to develop an in-depth understanding of FDM processes. The primary function of FDM is to provide actionable information to Lower 48 Production Operations and facilitate the transfer of field data to Production Accounting. This position will allow for individual growth in the area of Production Operations through an in-depth study of Field Data Management processes. Key Relationships : The analyst is expected to develop technical knowledge for multiple FDM systems. It is important that the Analyst establish and build positive relationships with the FDM Systems Supervisor, the FDC Supervisor, the Supervisor of Ops Reporting and the FDM Business Analyst. Responsibilities may include: As an Application Analyst: Provide technical support for FDM applications Utilize the ITSS leveraged support model to deliver support to FDM Understand CPISP policy and ensure FDM applications are compliant with the policy Coordinate with the FDM Business Analyst to prioritize requests to ITSS leveraged services Responsible for the accuracy of FDM information within Resource Manager Maintain Knowledge Center articles related to FDM applications Understand the administrative and end-user roles that input data into the FDM applications As a Solution Integrator: Develop technical expertise in FDM systems and processes Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Ensure that the developed technical specifications will deliver the desired outcome Responsible (as a single point of contact) for the services delivered by ITSS Responsible for the Technical Assessment Process during project Front End Loading Propose new technical solutions that will streamline existing FDM processes
