UAE TRANSACTION SERVICES PROFESSIONALS recruitment
Our client, a leading international firm, is seeking Corporate Finance Transaction Services Professionals for a number of roles across the UAE, including Assistant Manager to Director level.
Successful candidates will be responsible for co-ordinating financial due diligence and reporting accountant activities including acquisition and vendor due diligence, bid support, working capital reports, and business and liquidity reviews. Requirements -
Broad financial and commercial experience ideally gained within a Big 4 professional services organisation
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Advanced level of computer literacy
Fluent spoken and written English
