UCITS Fund Architecture Manager
Our client is a leading global asset manager with a wide range of successful funds across EMEA, Asia and the Americas.
The product development team is seeking a Fund Architecture Manager to ensure the efficient and timely registration of their products across Europe, Asia and the US, including providing specialist guidance and advice on their fund regulations. Key responsibilities include: overseeing ongoing maintenance of their existing fund architecture, ensuring offer documentation complies with existing regulatory requirements, deliver effective project management of regulatory changes, monitor ongoing regulatory changes updating the business on any impact and timescales and providing day to day support to the wider product development team when required.
The ideal candidate must have a good knowledge of UCITS regulations and is likely to have a background in product development, legal (in-house or private practice) or compliance. The successful candidate will also need to have excellent attention to detail, a strong commercial approach and excellent communication skills.
