UHNW Client Development – Special Solutions Advisor recruitment
This is a rare opportunity to join UBS Wealth Management as a Special Solutions Advisor. This is a vital role focused on supporting our Ultra High Net Worth Client (UHNW) Advisors in the retention, development and acquisition of UHNW Clients.
This role will be based in Singapore and will have a direct report to UHNW Singapore location head. However, the role will be part of a wider regional UHNW Client Development team and you will work on pan-regional projects and clients alongside colleagues in other locations.
KPIs for the UHNW Client Development team are both qualitative and quantitative and are aligned with the overall KPIs of the UHNW segment.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
Our ideal candidate will have the following requisites:
- Degree qualified with a minimum of 8 years experience in the financial services industry
- Extensive knowledge of wealth management banking and investment products
- Capability to deliver tailor-made solutions presentations of the outmost quality to sophisticated clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong partnerships
- Fluent English is essential and knowledge of another Asian language would be desirable

- Leading client review and evaluation sessions with a view to applying a structured and systematic approach to UHNW Client development and retention
- Handling all correspondence with a high degree of independence, judgment and discretion
- Delivering high-quality client pitches, including the orchestration of product specialists within the UHNW Client Competency Centre, the Investment Bank and Global Asset Management
- Developing strong partnerships with internal partners and be an advocate for the UHNW segment
- Promoting best practice and information sharing within the UHNW Client segment
- Finding integrated bank solutions to complex client requests
- Managing segment specific client development projects
