UHNW Corporate Finance Guru- IB/PB Hybrid recruitment

This individual will be client-facing and will be the go-to person for relationship managers seeking complex solutions for their quasi-institutional clients.  This person must have credit structuring experience, and be able to identify opportunities for the private bank to work with the investment bank on monetisations solutions.  There are revenue-sharing arrangements in place, but given each case is different, this person will be tasked with reaching agreements across platforms and navigating both IB/PB structures and systems.

The ideal candidate will possess the technical know-how of structuring complex client solutions, an entrepreneurial spirit, some ECM/DCM/MA experience, and be a deal-maker/closer.  Individuals who have an investment banking background and have subsequently moved to private banking UHNW solutions would be the perfect match, but the client is also open-minded about taking on someone in investment banking looking to make the switch, provided they have the right skill-set and characteristics.  Institutional client experience however is a must.

Applicants MUST have experience working in Asia and MUST be based in the region presently (Singapore base is preferable).  This individual will be covering mainly South East Asian markets but also work closely with Hong Kong counterparts for North Asia coverage or clients seeking a cross-jurisdictional solution.
