UHNW German Onshore Relationship Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a private bank based in Switzerland and internationally throughout Europe is looking to expand their onshore UHNW german platforms. They are focused towards the UHNW segments on the onshore markets which includes accounts of 1mln EUR and above, specifically within the Executive accounts. They are currently in the process of expanding their onshore presecnce after a recent period of record growth and are looking for individuals who can join into into relationship managment roles with the progression to country managment roles within 2/3 years.

The private bank in question have a top tier platform with trading capacity so there is great scope available within the Private banking arm and beyond which can offer a unique and dynamic offering for individuals who may be interestedand specialised witin the German Onshore at a holistic level. They can also offer international booking centres for your german onshore clients. At present, it is an investment offering so senior individuals to help spearhead their onshore wealth management are crucial to help the development at both onshore and offshore levels of German Clientelle.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PRIVATE BANKERS/RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS
- Management of Senior German focusing Relationship Managers in the private bank dealing with UHNW accounts minimum of 1mln EUR
- Marketing Strategy Development/Implentation for Germany on ground level and directly in the private bank in Frankfurt also
- Acquisition of new UHNW clients within Germany and German Offshore accounts
- Maintenance of existing client relationships (relationship management)in the private bank in Frankfurt
- Provision of investment solutions, products and support for your German UHNW clients

NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS FOR PRIVATE BANKERS/RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS
Potential candidates should have an existing Private banking client portfolio of UHNW GERMAN INDIVIDUALS already in place, although MARKET SEGMENTATION WILL NOT BE IMPOSED so these can be located on shore or off shore . It is key you have previously worked within a private bank or wealth management institution. Strong CRM skills, along with the ability to hunt and develop new business for the private bank within the UHNW are essential. Both individual and team applications will be considered for this German focusing role within the private bank in Frankfurt. The Private Bank in question has an excellent reputation in the Private banking market  both in Switzerland and Germany and is seeking to enhance its entrepreneurial environment within the German segment to further expand their client reach with an extensive range of products and services.
