MUST BE ABLE TO START A PERM ROLE ON 16TH JAN
A Leading Financial Institution is looking for a Client Services Associate for its Customer Contact Centre; the successful candidate will be required to provide excellent Client Services via incoming or outbound telephone calls.
Main Responsibilities
• Answer calls in a timely, efficient and courteous manner
• Provide information to Independent Financial Advisors and direct clients
• Field calls and pass onto relevant sections/person where applicable
• Answer faxed and e-mail requests from clients/Agents
• Good understanding of products and procedures
• Keep on top of goings-on in the market place including any changes to regulations that may effect your customers
• Work with the Manager and Group projects area on any allocated Client projects.
• Maintain a close working relationship with other areas of the business
The ideal candidate will have previous client services or call centre experience – but this can be from any area and not necessarily financial services.
Good communication skills are key.
