UK Corporate Credit Sales
Leading UK financial institution looking for a senior corporate bond sales person to develop and build the London business in to Europe.
The role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior credit sales person to contribute to the establishment of the credit business in London, with a goal to develop levels of business passing through Europe.
- Will include leveraging upon the existing franchise to develop and maintain an already profitable corporate credit sales business.
- The mandate will include building the team with flexibility to add to the desk and hire further credit sales people in the future.
- My client has an already profitable UK corporate credit sales business and are looking to expand this in to Europe.
- Maintain and develop relationships with institutional clients in Europe
- Take orders and execute on behalf of clients
- Advise institutional clients in Europe and provide them with trade ideas
Key skills and requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years experience on a credit sales desk, with a focus on corporate bonds ( Investment grade, IG, High yield, HY, Distressed Debt, DD )
- A transferable client base of institutional clients in EUROPE ( there is flexibility in terms of coverage )
- An entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to utilise existing credit product knowledge and build the institutional business in Europe
