UK Finance Controller recruitment
A US-listed property company are currently looking to recruit a UK Finance Controller on a 12 18 month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a highly regarded and truly global property company with excellent exposure to the UK Finance Director and the Chief Finance Officer for EMEA.
This Financial Controller position will be responsible for reporting to US headquarters, managing a team of staff, preparing LLP accounts, preparing budgets and forecasts, liaising with external auditors, providing regular financial information to the partners and ensuring compliance with USGAAP, UKGAAP and IFRS.
To successfully apply for this Financial Controller role you will need to be ACA / CIMA or ACCA Qualified with strong exposure to USGAAP, UKGAAP and IFRS. Ideally you will have come from a property, professional services or partnership background.
