THE ROLE:

The role of the Business Development Manager will be to sell a range of state of the art surveillance systems and electro optics into the Defence and Emergency Services market. The role will have a UK and International remit with the Business Development expected to hit a target of £2million revenue within their first 18months. This is a great opportunity for a talented sales professional with fantastic earning potential and career progression.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong Business Development Experience
• Must be extremely experienced in Surveillance systems, Electro optics and thermal imaging sales.
• Ideally Ex - Military with live exposure to products.
• Excellent commercial acumen.
• Outstanding communication skills at all levels.
• Proven experience in hitting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent rapport building skills.
• Tenacious and Pro-active.
• Excellent closer.
• Strong character.
• Superb communication skills.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £35,000-£50,000 basic (dependent upon experience)
Commission: £Excellent anticipated 1st year OTE £70-80k, Uncapped!!!
