UK Partner Finance is responsible for administering all aspects of the remuneration of and accounting for the firm's Partners. The UK Partner Finance Manager role has a direct reporting line to the Head of Partner Finance. In addition, this role will have considerable exposure to the Head of Partner Matters and the UK CFO. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining a culture of financial integrity and independence.

Ernst Young's UK and ROI Partnerships consist of approximately 600 partners, with projected revenues of £1.5bn. Our UK and Ireland business is integrated with the Global and Area structure enabling a streamlined execution of our strategy and creating better opportunities for our people.

Your responsibilities as a UK Partner Finance Manager will include:

- Effective financial control over all Partner transactions

- Ensuring that internal controls and procedures are rigorously applied and acting as the point person for day-to-day Partner Finance queries

- Travel within the UKI Sub-Area will be expected in this role with the possibility of some international travel.

Qualifications/skills you'll need as a UK Partner Finance Manager:

- Qualified accountant, CIMA, ACCA or tax equivalent

- Strong track record of financial management and control with extensive experience in a financial environment, ideally with experience of LLP Partnership finance, including Taxation

- User of Excel with the ability to manipulate and interrogate large sets of data

- You will have the ability to operate at a senior level and deal confidently with partners, demonstrating strong commercial and financial acumen including on taxation matters.
