UK Retail Business Support Associate
The Retail Business Management Team is part of the Retail Sales team which sits within the EMEA Retail Business. The team provides support to the UK Sales Team and the Head of the UK Business in their efforts to manage service clients from various Retail Business channels.
The successful candidate will be part of a small team responsible for working with UK Retail relationship managers as well as internal departments and external partners. It will be the responsibility of the candidate to:
• Ensure a variety of client queries are handled with due care and attention and responded within the agreed time frame
• Partner with the sales team on developing solutions for our clients and managing relationships
• Complete RFIs and fund questionnaires in a professional, accurate and timely manner
• Set up and coordinate legal agreements with clients, ensuring correct terms are in place
• To be the primary point of contact for clients who appoint the company to manage their Retail funds on a sub-advised basis or oversee their segregated portfolios
• Liaise with internal teams and the transfer agent to ensure client queries are being resolved
• Produce daily/monthly statistics for the team
