UK – Sales Associate/Relationship Manager – Boutique Asset Manager; Competitive recruitment

The client are a market leading UK company with a wide range of quality funds and products and are looking  to rapidly expand their fast paced sales team thanks to the growing success of the business.This role presents the candidate with an opportunity to work for a large and successful company who will provide the necessary support to enable the candidate to grow into the role and progress their career in the company. The main responsibilities will include:

• Enhancing and developing existing relationships with IFAs in the UK through outbound telephone calls

• Building new relationships with prospective companies to increase business levels and ensure continued investments

• Acting as a point of contact for a range of clients, field relationship managers and Financial Advisers

• Implementing new sales and marketing campaigns

The ideal candidate for this role will likely demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

• A proven track record in sales with a demonstrable ability to build and maintain relationships

• A broad understanding of the asset management structure and a knowledge of the range of funds offered

• A background in account/relationship management with an ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer service

• Previous experience working in a fast paced sales environment with a demonstrable ability to meet targets and deliver a consistently high quality of services to clients
