UK Settlements Clerk recruitment
The successful UK processing candidate will:
. To monitor the settlement processes for all UK trades and where applicable, pre-matched and
resolve failed trades on a daily basis
. Monitor reconciliation reports for UK transactions to ensure timely investigation and clearance of
outstanding items
. Ensure the resolution of the Query Tracking System ( QTS ) in respect of issues relating to the UK
Custody team
. Ensure all UK transactions are processed through all queues and ensure all queries are raised and
cleared , in a timely and efficient manner
. Ensure deposits and withdrawals of foreign physical stock are processed within the deadlines
. Ensure that queries are resolved in a timely manner within the current SLA deadlines
To apply for this role then it is imperative that the succesful incumbent will possess
. Crest GUI and Unit Trust/Oeic experience, possessing superior technical knowledge of market practises
. Experience in UK operations
. Recognised financial industry qualifications (i.e. Securities Institute)
. Ideally be a 2nd jobber or is still early in the career and looking to develop further within the UK
operations environment
