Leading global investment house has a fast growing Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) business.

Due to the growth and success of this part of the business, they require an Ultra High Net worth Programme Manager to ensure that projects are managed consistently with the greater organsiation’s governance guidelines. You will provide specialist guidance to project teams, particularly in relation to business architecture, reuirements analysis, business and technical design and change control activities. The role holder will control/co-ordinate the work of the project teams, allocating tasks, monitoring progress, ensuring awareness of responsibilities and securing commitment to successful project delivery. They will identify and manage all programme/project issues and risks, including their appropriate escalation and contingency management.

The role holder will establish and manage relationships with the COO of UHNW and their business management team. They will work in conjunction with business counterparts to develop a technology strategy that will support business growth plans for UHNW that is consistent with that for the  group.

The role holder will be responsible   for influencing across senior levels of the organisation. They will understand the expectations of stakeholders; manage towards their expectations; and frequently communicate across the team. The role holder will put   measures in place to monitor against stakeholder expectations and will formally review these with stakeholders, to ensure their requirements are met.

You will possess a demonstrable track record of working in a senior technology role in the finance sector. Your experience will include stakeholder management, project management and strong governance controls. You will also have an understanding of a broad   range of financial instruments and their characteristics and processing requirements, as this will be essential to establishing credibility with stakeholders.
