Underground Coal Mine Production and Maintenance Supervisors Job in Marion, Illinois US
Our client, a coal mining company with a long life and good conditions is seeking Underground Coal Mine Production and Maintenance Supervisors. The ideal candidate will be flexible and open to potential growth. These individuals will be responsible for day to day maintenance or production of a mining unit or shift at the mine. Individuals must also be able to perform the job in a safe and efficient manner to achieve established objectives with an approved budget.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree not required, but a plus
- 5+ years of underground coal experience with some supervision
- Must have Federal Electrical Cards for maintenance positions
- Must possess or be qualified to obtain state and federal certification to perform the job
Compensation:
The position offers a salary between $75,000- $130,000 depending on experience plus bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
