This will be a unique opportunity to join a leading global company adding effective leadership to an overall operation in North Queensland.
With responsibilities of all overall mining operations including exploration you will report to the General Manager and focus on creating a high performance culture.
With your previous success in driving forward and ensuring that a mine meets production targets you will be an asset to this company. Experience in preparing operational plans, budgets and capital expenditure proposals, you will plan, implement policies for production, maintenance, with a high focus on safety at all times.
As a desirable applicant you will be highly motivated with the confidence and ability to lead the team. You will be suitably qualified with your Mine Managers ticket for QLD and tertiary qualifications.
If successful, a salary package will be negotiated for this FIFO position that will be on an 8:6 roster offering substantial lifestyle opportunities and fantastic career progression.
