The draw card for this fifo role in particular is mentorship from the Senior Surveyor. Whilst you’ll get small projects to work on yourself on the exploration side of things, and the reign to work autonomously you wont be left onsite unsupervised and without guidance from the senior surveyor for days on end.
This is a highly reputable smaller mine that is part of a massive global family. That is a benefit because you’ll find it easy to settle in and you’ll have the organisational structures that enable quick promotion, opportunity for movement between the 3 other sites in Australia ands sizeable bonuses.
