PMAC Lending Services, Inc. is searching for an experienced DE/Government Underwriter and Conventional Underwriter who is a team player and self-motivated.
Qualifications:
· Requires minimum 3 years of recent FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC underwriting experience
· Government Designations (FHA / DE and VA / LAPP Certified) highly desirable.
· Must possess strong knowledge in “A” Paper, FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs to include tax return analysis and full appraisal review.
· AUS experience (Desktop Underwriter DU and Loan Prospector LP)
· Working knowledge of DataTrac and DocuTrac is advantageous.
· Demonstrate high volume productivity in a “paperless” environment.
