Underwriter, Employee Benefits recruitment
Responsibilities
- Responsible for profitability of overall portfolio
- Conduct risk assessment to ensure competitive and accurate pricing for group schmes
- Conduct market research and develop group product
- Work and negotiate with reinsurer
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulation (e.g. Group Business guideline, MAS/LIA regulations, etc)
- Ensure the Turnaround Time for New Business quotes and Renewals less than 5 days
- Ensure accuracy in Group Business reporting
Requirement
- At least 5 years experience in Underwriting or Actuarial funtion
- At least 3 years expereince in employee benefits underwriting
- Bachelor degree in Actuarial, Health Insurance preferred
- Product development experience will be an advantage
- Execellent communication skills
- Familiar with MAS/LIA regulations
