Job Description:
AppleOne has several openings for Underwriters and Jr. Underwriters. Responsible for loss decisioning a minimum of 7 loans per day. The product mix can be a combination of products and the productivity is specific to each product (i.e. Short Sale, Modifications, DIL). Position will ensure that all loans decisioned will meet the prescribed policies and procedures for sale ability and/or be documented accordingly for exception purposes. Position will be required to input all decisions in to the operating system and/or underwriting engine (at the discretion of management by product).

Job Experience:
HS Grad/GED; documented previous underwriting experience with approval levels.
Will be required to work overtime.
Prefers someone with a DE and/or LAPP Certification
Prefers someone with experience with VA/FHA Underwriting
