You will demonstrate:

•at least 5 years life underwriting experience.
•A thorough technical proficiency.
•The ability to take risks and stand by your convictions.
•a thorough understanding of broker and customer requirements
•experience in tailoring complex insurance solutions
•the ability to think outside of the box and apply the company’s underwriting guidelines effectively and efficiently.
•robust relationship development
•the ability to provide technical support to underwriting teams and the potential to mentor junior members of staff when necessary.
