The Company
Our Client, a leading European Reinsurer is seeking an underwriter as part of their expansion plans.
The Role
You are required to source Engineering business within Indonesia and underwrite Engineering risks in accordance with the company's processes and procedures. You will develop and manage customized reinsurance solutions for the company's engineering business, including all aspects of the primary insurance product and the appropriate reinsurance solutions. Manage post underwriting tasks such as agreeing amendments. Manage operational issues such as data recording systems, regulatory requirements.
Your Profile
You should have at least a recognised professional engineering qualification and experience in construction, design or project management of large infrastructure projects (eg. Site supervision, commissioning or consulting). You should have a minimum 3 years of experience in underwriting, general (re)insurance, risk management or loss adjusting preferred. Knowledge experience of Asia markets highly desirable. Results oriented, self motivated team player. Excellent command of English and Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia
