A well established financial services organisation is looking for an experienced Underwriting Team Leader from a financial services or banking background.
As a Underwriting Team Leader who will manage a team of underwriters and administrators. You will have a keen focus on credit risk quality and a timely throughput of workflow. Be able to communicate and co-ordinate their duties with the Head of Lending on a daily basis and be aware of customers’ needs. Provide an excellent, fair customer service and be a point of reference to other staff, to assist with queries outside of your level of knowledge.

Essential Experience
