My client is a well established financial services organisation with operations in Premier, Business and Corporate Banking. My client is looking for an experienced Team Manager in Mortgages to join their team in Birmingham City Centre.
As an Underwriting Team Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of Mortgage Underwriters, managing service level agreements, allocating KPI's and improving efficiency for existing processes and procedures. You will have experience of Mortgage Underwriting yourself so you are able to make decisions on complex cases, provide advise and guidance to your team.
Essential Experience
Must be an experienced Mortgages Team Manager with experience of making lending decisions
Must be have previous management experience within Banking or Financial Services
