Unilever is looking for a Senior Nordic Brand Manager Job in Solna 17122, Stockholm Sweden

As a Senior Nordic Brand Manager you will be responsible for the growth delivery, strategy and marketing plan development and execution for a certain category within the Home and Personal Care umbrella. You will be leading a team of 3 people and have full management responsibility. You will report to the Nordic Brand Building Director.

The role is to ensure a Nordic category strategy for your portfolio and brands, as well as the execution and implementation of that strategy. You will have ownership of the delivery of the category marketshare and profitable turnover growth in line with the strategic vision plan.

You will have full responsibility for building brand love through marketing activities (in store, out of store) for your category and brands within the Nordic markets, ensuring the consumer needs are at the heart of all you do. The role also includes project management with cross functional teams to secure flawless deployment of innovations  to the Nordic markets.

We expect that you have a University degree followed by at least 4 years of professional experience and achieved visible results within marketing and sales. We also believe that you have previous experience from the Beauty industry.  In your previous role you have had profitloss responsibility.  You have good knowledge in Excel and Power point. You are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. French is a plus.

Succeed in building long term equity for your category and brand/ brands and deliver turnover and profit growth for the Nordic business. Secure optimal implementation of brand strategies into markets, utilizing business opportunities and synergies between countries and brands.

 

Key stakeholders

You will work closely with Regional Brand teams, Local Sales and Customer marketing teams, Supply Chain and Finance.  Main external stakeholders are trade customers and agencies (PR, Media, Events)


This role involves travels within the Nordics on a regular basis.  Location: Stockholm, Solna
