JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designing and implementing strategic projects and quality initiatives in line with the business strategy for retail and corporate banking.
- Designing and rolling-out quality SLA's across the Bank.
- End to End review and streamlining of key Service delivery processes.
- Designing and monitoring service levels for key business processes.
- Initiating process improvement projects based on business requirements.
- Institutionalizing corrective action/ preventive action mechanism across retail and corporate.
- Building Six Sigma capability within the Bank through training on methodology and its applications.
- Mentoring and guidance of Six Sigma projects.
OTHER RELEVANT SKILLS:
- Quality metrics.
- Turn around times, efficiency measures.
- Numberof projects completed.
- On time implementation.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 8-10 years experience of which at least 2 years in Banking with 2-3 years in Quality Management.
- Exposure of working in a Retail Corporate Banking environment.
EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:
- Graduate/ Post Graduate.
- Six Sigma Black belt certification.
