Unit Manager
Hays Social Care is currently working with a service provider with an excellent reputation for the highest standards of care delivery. We are seeking an experienced RGN Unit Manager to be a key member of the team in their state of the art nursing home near Stockport on a full time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be a real team player with a genuine interest in working with clients suffering varying levels of dementia and general nursing needs. Your role will be to oversee and maintain the highest quality of clinical care delivery to the residents, as well as motivating the care staff team. You will work closely with and support Home Manager, and act up in their absence when necessary.
The successful candidate will hold extensive experience in a similar setting whilst being able to demonstrate the excellent leadership skills necessary to lead a team of experienced clinical staff to achieve outstanding standards of care at every opportunity.
