Unit Trust Administrator Officer recruitment

Objective / Summary of Responsibilities

  1. Handle the daily retail and pension business unit trust processing from all distribution channels and other regions.
  2. Handle the subscription / redemption settlement and cash reconciliation
  3. Handle corporate events and update shareholders’ static data

Key Purpose and Responsibilities of Job

Per instruction given, such as unit trust order processing, collate and input all transactions into fund registration system by deadlines, handle incoming enquiries in relation to dealing operations, order processing and confirmation from all distribution channels, subscription / redemption settlement, corporate events handling, cash / holdings position reconciliation and filing.

Job Specification Qualification Experience

University graduate preferably from discipline of Business Administration, Marketing or Finance with at least 3 years working experience in relevant fields (unit trust dealing or call centres of asset management house).

• Attentive to details

• Patient and good listener

• Good team player

• Able to work under pressure tight deadline

• Strong analytical mind and logical sense

Language

• Good command of spoken and written English

• Fluent spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese Mandarin)

Other Skills

• PC software: MS office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
