Unix Infrastructure Manager recruitment

An Infrastructure Manager maintains the Unix farm and provides a link between the deployed environments and the Application Developers. To be suitable for this role you will have the following skills and experiences.

Responsibilities

Management of a large farm of UNIX / Linux servers

Liaising with SA and hardware teams for support

Software release through dev / qa

Hardware resource allocation

Specific skills

2-3 years Linux Experience

Solaris experience

Knowledge programming code structure

Good scripting skills essentials.

Python scripting – useful

This role is based in the City of London and offers an starting salary between £52-65K with an excellent benefits package and bonus structure.
