Unix/Linux Systems Administrator with LAMP for a Cloud Software company in the Silicon Valley

This is a great time to join a leading Cloud Software company on a crash course to IPO! We are growing like crazy and looking for an experienced Systems Administrator with LAMP server experience in a production environment.
If you are a Systems Administrator with LAMP experience, please read on!
What you will be doing:
- You will define the standard operating systems configurations
- Establish operations policies and procedures for production
- Performance analysis of systems
What you need for the job:
- 8-10 years of systems administration experience in a production environment
- Clustered Unix/Linux environment
- LAMP servers
- Server scripting (PHP, Perl, awk, etc)
- MySQL 5.0 scripting and maintenance
- Management infrastructure tools (Nagios, Cacti, Tivoli, OpenView, Splunk, etc)
- Distribution automation tools (YUM, Puppet, RPM, etc) is a plus
- Experience with Strongmail mail systems is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce Force.com Appexchange is a plus
- Experience building virtual systems utilizing VMWare, Xen, or equivalent is a plus
