Job Description: Carpinteria insurance company is seeking an IT professional to help with desktop support. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Windows XP, Windows 7, Microsoft Office products including Outlook (not server part, front end part). Duties include: -readying end user and handling help desk requests -Walking around, answering requests/inquiries via email and phone. -Showing users how to access software and troubleshoot issues. -Focus is on Windows 7 migration, imaging PCs, installing new hard drives and deploying. Qualifications: -1-3 years experience in a similar position -Knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7, Microsoft Office products including Outlook (not server part, front end part).
