Responsibilities

· Act as the Operations Focal Contact for Asia to provide support and business consultancy for Regional Payment Projects.

· Work with Product Management , Product Development Team, Change Management , ETD and other relevant business partners to provide support for project implementation including defining Project scope, BRD requirement, Analysis process , UAT/Regression Testing and etc. in order to meet business requirements and also in line with bank operations policies and compliance standard.

· Work with Asia branches and other business supports to coordinate necessary UAT requirements for each project implementation including FTE resources, equipment requirements, GBS test environment, regressing /PCE test plan and etc. to ensure all risk factors are covered, country-specific requirements are included and budget are covered.

· Provide support to Asia branches to prepare test plans, test scripts and re-test plan to ensure all test cases are covered to meet business needs.

· Closely monitor the process of all UAT / Regression / PCE testing to ensure the progress is followed within the planned schedule. Take remediated actions immediately to minimize impacts. Escalate to Senior Management if required.

· Coordinate training / overview to business partners on new process if required.

Requirements

· University graduate with recognized professional degree preferable.

· At least 5 years in banking / payments / project management areas.

· Strong knowledge of SWIFT, RTGS and Asia Clearing Systems are preferred.

· Good command of both written and spoken English and/or Cantonese, Mandarin

· Proficient in PC knowledge such as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and etc.

· Good interpersonal skill

· Attention to details and able to work independently.

· Willing to work under pressure and irregular long working hours.

· Mature, self-motivated, good team player and working attitude.
