Job Description
Operations Department of the GWIM group is seeking a qualified lawyer (newly qualified or above) or paralegal with corporate and/or finance experience. The candidate would mainly be responsible for corporate capacity and authority review for account opening and account maintenance, and advising on deceased accounts.
Responsibilities
The candidate is expected to:
- Support the legal review of account opening, in particular review corporate documents and advise on capacity and authority
?- Support account maintenance where legal review of corporate documents is required for changes of account structure or corporate capacity or authority
- Review external counsel opinions on capacity and authority
?- Advise on deceased account matters
- Liaise with Business partners to ensure the timely execution and completion of account opening and maintenance and deceased account matters
Requirements
A qualified lawyer or Paralegal with at least 1 year experience with corporate and/or finance experience.
