Job Description

Oversee a cash vault operations for the rapidly growing Wholesale Banknotes business. Position will require some international travel and significant coordination with business partners in different cultures and locations. Position will also require interaction with vendors who service outsourced operations. Day to day responsibilities will include the oversight of supplier's cash operations in order to meet needs and requirements from business partners, regulators and clients. Position will also serve as the key liaison between the Banknotes Operations team and the overall in-country operations executive management team.

Responsibilities

· Manages a specific operations segment or a small operations unit of the company's operations activities. · May report to a group operations manager or a Sr. Operations Manager. · Responsible for the management of people, process, equipment, and business/client relationships. · Oversees daily production and delivery to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards. · Oversees daily production and delivery to ensure adherence to customer requirements, standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements. · Develops and implements new processes/procedures to monitor vendor performance, improve operating effectiveness and efficiency. · Analyze moderately complex operational problems, indentify and implement solutions. · May supervise a small operation team.

Requirements

· 5 - 7 years of Operations Management experience. · Business process management knowledge and experience, Six Sigma Greenbelt or equivalent Change Management or Process Engineering Experience. · Bachelor's Degree (Masters Degree in Business Management or Operations preferred). · Prior work experience in Banknotes Operations, Foreign Currency or Payment operations preferred. · A strong operations manager who is disciplined and motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with and influence vendors and other business partners. · Proficient in conversational and written English. · Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. · Experience managing vendors/suppliers.
