Job Description
Business Unit and Department Structure:
Global Commercial, Corporate and Investment Banking Technology (GCCIBT) group handles the technology application development and support for small business, corporate investment banking for the enterprise. The candidate would work in the Singapore GCCIBT Center - a global development center for corporate and investment banking technology.
Project Background
The corporate banking business is expanding rapidly in Asia. To support this business growth and to bring customer onboarding servicing to a higher level, the bank's global corporate client servicing and fulfillment platform is being rolled out in Asia.
Role
This is a business-facing technology service delivery manager role. We are looking for a business analyst / service delivery manager with exposure to corporate banking systems - specifically client on-boarding and servicing systems. The various facets of this role are:
- Play a key role in representing technology to business champions and change managers across a project's sdlc - from project charter (and a high level deliverable schedule / roadmap) onwards.
- Business Requirements Gathering - Elicit and document business requirements and interact with the tech lead to pass on requirements. Also work with business partners on UAT test plan and scripts.
- Design Inputs - Act as the liaison between developer and business to iron out and clarify any issues during the HLD/LLD phase
- Testing - During CIT and SIT cycles keep informed of defects and resolution of same, escalate any severity 1 and 2 issues that go unresolved
- Deployment Champion - Take an active role during deployment. Work closely with the business representative reviewing any training, associate readiness plans. Assist in developing Demo's or marketing material to promote the new functionality or enhancements that will be introduced as part of the project.
This role would entail:
- Developing cross team relationships, and work with these teams in delivering a comprehensive service to the customer.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with senior management across lines of business and support partner groups.
- Regular interaction with a globally distributed tech team and also with regional business stakeholders.
- Depending on seniority, we could get this role to lead a small team of service delivery managers
Must-Have:
- Demonstrated Experience in analyzing and documenting highly complex processes in the area of corporate banking (preferably in customer service).
- Experience in dealing with senior business stakeholders
Good-to-have:
- Demonstrated experience in on-boarding and fulfillment systems implementation
- Project Management certification or extensive Project Management experience across global and diverse organizations
