Accertify, a division of American Express is currently recruiting for the following upcoming opportunities which will be based in Itasca, IL : Fraud Analyst Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Monitoring our automated fraud screening application -Maintain or exceed established standards for customer service, and resolves complex issues with little or no supervision -Conducting additional research to validate purchases -Conducting follow-up research on fraudulent transactions -Works with peers and leadership by communicating fraud trends and sharing ideas and information American Express is an equal opportunity employer. Experience and Qualifications: -Strong customer service skills -Previous e-commerce fraud prevention or investigation experience a plus -Requires shift-work, including weekends, non-business hours 4 10 hour work days and holidays -Abide strictly by the company data protection policies -College degree (criminal justice a plus but not required) or related work experience preferred -Bi-lingual language skills a plus -Aggressive, persistent and inquisitive personality -Strong internet research, Microsoft Office, and overall PC skills -Successful completion background check and drug screen Ability to multi task and work in a fast past environment
