UR Recruiter
- Own New College Graduate Internship Requisitions.
- Execute Campus Strategy including but not limited to faculty partnerships, hosting corporate presentations, connecting with student groups, attending career fairs and on-campus interviews and connecting with students creatively.
- Will champion up to 6 target universities.
- Partner with alumni for recruiting activities.
- Communicate college hiring process internally and externally.
- Partner with Hiring Managers leading to successful New College Graduate and Internship hires.
- University Program Ambassador (promoting the Program internally and externally).
- Special projects related to campus relationships and Program enhancements.
- 1-3+ years of recruiting, preferred experience in University Relations.
- Must think strategically while driving for results tactically.
- Proven track record of successful partnerships with hiring managers and campus liaisons.
- Required to travel at least 30%. Must be flexible to travel across the US to target universities and to support various activities related to university recruiting.
- Must have a clear understanding of the recruiting process and the importance of the candidate and hiring manager experience and willingness to enhance processes to provide a stronger experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
- Must be able to multi-task and be detailed-oriented.
- Must represent and be a steward of Adobe's values: genuine, exceptional, innovative, involved.
- Bachelor's degree required.
